We provide digital infrastructure services such as USSD, SMS, Voice/IVR, API integration, mobile money integrations, hosting, and related support.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, API keys, and any access tokens. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

• No spam, phishing, fraud, or abusive messaging.
• No illegal content or services.
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or platform protections.
• You must comply with applicable telecom, data protection, and payment regulations.

5. Fees & Payments

Pricing may be pay-as-you-go or contract-based. Taxes and operator charges may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Availability & Support

We aim for reliable uptime, but outages may occur due to maintenance, operator issues, or other factors. Support levels may vary by plan.

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform, documentation, and trademarks remain our property. You retain ownership of your content and data, subject to rights necessary for us to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGo Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the service period in dispute.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal use. You may terminate by stopping use and settling any outstanding fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Uganda unless otherwise required by law.
